Funny Money

OK - so obviously I haven't convinced myself that I'm having company yet - since I'm 'ah' blogging again.

One of the nifty keen quirkly things about Canadian money is the twoonies and the loonies. They're coins and if there are others out there like me, they just throw them in the purse and pull them out every so often when the purse gets to heavy. Upon realizing that I didn't have Ice Blue and since Chapters is on the way home, at break I checked to see how many twoonies and loonies I had.

I had a lot which would explain why my purse was very heavy!

So I stopped at Chapters and now own Ice Blue (andthreeotherbooksbecausetheystillhadthebuy3get1freeandIhadthe

Now - I really have to get ready for my imaginary company

'til later

You are too funny! If I had known you hadn't read it I would have given you my UNSIGNED copy ;) And you get to keep the HelenKay Dimon book - wasn't a keeper for me.

I wonder what the other three titles could possibly be?

Only another bookie would get this and laugh. We have a logic all our own don't we?

LOL :P you know what? I was at a UBS recently and the owner was telling how she kept a change jar for loonies and twonies and how much she accumulated in a few months! I mean, apparently, she could buy horse shows ticket and such!! so i'm really not surprised you could buy 4 books with changes in your purse if you don't usually spend it LOL :P Me, I'm using all the money i have in my wallet :P But I'm toying with the idea of starting a loonie/twonie jar :P by the way, what are the three other books?

Nath: let's see the other three
I'm In No Mood for Love by Rachel Gibson. Haven't read that one yet and since she has a new one coming out very soon, I didn't want to get too far behind,
My Shadow Highlander and My Devilsh Scotsman by Jen Holling. Now I don't know why I got those 2 - the titles alone sound goofy. I think it was the pretty plaid on the sides.

Rosie: It's of such comfort to know that others understand me! I was just talking to sister Lisa and she just doesn't get it. But us bookies do!

Cindy: I get to keep it? Oh sweeeet. And I figure you would need them both - one for reading and one for just displaying *g* And I just gave away the other 3 titles - heh heh.

C2: yea I was feeling kind of goofy. I had a post going about my imaginary friend who did show up - Hank and Henrietta Hillbury and their 2 children, Horace and Hannah - but then it was getting too wierd even for me.
