Sybil has Maureen McKade visiting her today. Now you all know how much I love a good Western. But for those who haven't tried a Western yet, Wendy gave A Reason to Live a most excellent review. Rosie also read and thought it was a great book. I've been looking for this one myself for well over a week now.
Be sure to visit Sybil!
Boy she has some neat guests!
And guess what???? I won me a book on her previous author spotlight with Karen Kelley- another author I've been wantint to try. It's a copy of Texas Bad Boys. Whooo Hooo

Congrats on your win! :-D
Congrats on the win!!! I put Mckade on my wishlist!
Congratulations! Lucky girl. I love westerns and put that book by McKade on my wishlist.
Lucky! I never win things! Any way. Do you like contemp westerns or some set back a little? Cause two of my favorite books are Sunset Embrace and Another Dawn by Sandra Brown. They are great, love them. And they will make you cry! Acually the second one was a love/hate thing. But the first was all about the love. lol. Try them and let me know what you think.
Jazz: I SO know what you mean about the love/hate thing she did with Another Dawn (I've read them both)
Why did she DO that???? I don't understand!!! I really liked the first one :) but the second *sigh* Why again did she DO that?
I prefer the older west (as I sit here bopping out Blaze of Glory by Bon Jovi - drinking a brewskie) but I do like modern ones too.
Renee: It's on mine too. I have another by her - To Find You Again but I didn't realize until I started reading Sybil's blog how many she has on her backlist.
Zeek: I noticed your looking to find some good Westerns. Did you need any recs? 'Cause if you do - boy do I have some!
Dance chica: Thanks! And can we interest you in trying one or two? heh heh
Congratulations on winning the book! I need to get back to westerns, I think. It's been a while since I've read one. McKade sounds like a good author to start with.
Congrats on the win, I will have to find this book.
I know! I was like OMG! But you know even taking THAT part out is was still a love/hate thing with AD, you know with the hero and his going back and forth (with who he loved). Ummm, that was a little much. But in the end? Yeah, I still am glad I read it.
If you can recommend any of that type of book I'm all ears.
