TBR Day and

Dang - but I missed it again. I had to work this past weekend and what with Dancing With The Stars, The Mentalist, Lost and also reading Long Night Moon I didn't get one read this time 'round.

I watched Dancing with the Stars too! I've never seen it before, but I noticed a few dancers from SYTYCD are on and now I think I'm going to keep watching. Plus Holly from Girls Next Door is dancing.

Ames: I wasn't going to watch DWTS - honestly after So You Think You Can Dance - there really isn't much of a comparison - dancing wise - but *sigh* I just gotta be involved in that 'water cooler' talk at work and it's the new 'water cooler' show. And it was nice to see Chelsey Hightower this season. Lacey Schwimmer was on last one too. And the shallow me thinks that Gilles from SATC it not too bad to watch dance - not to bad at all!

AL: *chuckle* ((((hugs))))) back at you!

Wait, DWTS has started? LOL :)

Well, you're not the only one who've missed it Kristie, so don't feel too bad!

MsMoonlight: Yep - and it was a good one! There's a fascinating revision of roles between Sawyer and Jack and Sawyer did quite a nice verbal smackdown to Jack!

Nath: *G* yep - DWTS is on again. I swore I wouldn't watch it but..... I got hooked in because Melissa - the one what's his name dumped - is on it - and she is a very good dancer! It's nice to see her partner get a talented partner after a series of not so talented older women partners.

I am not big on reality t.v., though your version of DWTS looked pretty hot and looked worth my time *g*

I started out so well on my tbr pile, hardly ordering any books, but in the last few weeks I've spent over $90. It's those damn good recs people keep giving. I cannot resist.

I'm watching DWTS too, but the NZ version :) And then there is reality TV - American Idol, Project Runway and Top Chef. And like you, if I don't watch them I have no idea what everyone is talking about at MT (morning tea). At least, that's my defense and I'm sticking to it :)

Orianna: My last reality TV show was The Bachelor *shudder* I didn't start off watching it - but on Wednesday mornings everyone around me was talking about it - and I just wanted to be 'in the loop'. Though I know I need intervention when I find myself tuning in (on the VERY odd occasion) to Paris Hilton's British Best Friend. There's NOBODY at work that discusses that show.

Stacy: Do you mean Dancing with the Stars? 'Cause I'm watching the American one - or So You Think You Can Dance? They are starting tryouts for the next Canadian one soon and we were just talking about it today - though I very sadly commented I don't think there could be another Nico *heavy sad sigh* I still have a picture of him that a coworker cut out of the paper and put on my computer while I was at lunch during the height of my Nico lust hanging up on my baffle - right next to a calendar of North and South!! This months picture is one of Higgins and Thornton talking - but soon we shall be getting to the train station scenes. I expect my desk will be the hangout spot then.
