All you Crusaders

Say hello to our newest Crusader LeeAnn. She just finished watching it and yes - she has become one of us! I can move her from the Maybe Crusader to the Confirmed Crusader!
And you may not have noticed a little addition I added to the sidebar. Yes - I figured out how to do a poll. Be sure to vote - heh heh!

I don't watch a whole lot of TV and since partner Kate informed me last night Lost is once AGAIN on hiatus, that will be even less. But two shows I do watch are AI and DWTS - and wouldn't you know it - they run against each other.

I didn't watch AI last season - but *sigh* I got hooked again this one. So for your video delight, here are a couple of clips from last night's AI that really impressed me. I liked last night's show quite a bit as they sang songs from the year they were born and since most of them were born in the 80's and I'm an 80's kind of a girl.......

First up - David Cook who sang a really unique arrangement of Billy Jean

And then the one I'm routing for Michael John's singing Queen

Ooooh, they're my favorites too. I've had a threesome with those two on my mind ever since last night's episode :)

LC: LOL - they were both great weren't they? I'd let Michael take the lead on that one *g* But then again he's already taken.
I also really liked Carly Smithson and totally disagreed with Randy and Simon - I did quite a bit last night as a matter of fact. I love Total Eclipse of the Heart *pointing to self - 80's girl*

Me too on the 80s girl thing. I love that song! I wasn't exactly in love with Karly's version of it, but she's done well enough in the past for me to know she should be in the top five.

I also love Brooke. She's so cute.

I don't get the AI train I understand the appeal but I guess I'm just not that into reality TV. I did like Project Runway but pretty much it as far as reality goes.
Although I do did Daughtry and Carrie Underwood so maybe I should check it out.

Okay meant to say dig Daughtry and Underwood. Not sure where the brian went? Is it the weekend yet?

LC - have you ever seen the Bonnie Tyler video for it? I tell you - that's one scary (and I don't mean in a good way) video. Very odd! And I love Brooke too. And I even liked David Archiletta last night. Usually I'm meh on him - you can tell all the young girls just go nuts over him.

Lisabea: I wish he would get a new doo though. That hair style is just weird. But he can sing it though can't he?

Sarai: I know where your coming from *laughing* I was determined I wasn't going to watch it either, but *sigh* I watched it a couple of times and good hooked. And this year they really do have some good singers. The two whose videos I posted and Brooke and Carly are all fantastic! And if you like Daughtry, then I'm sure you will like David Cook

I don't watch AI ~ I do, however, watch The Biggest Loser which runs at the same time as DWTS Results show. So, I record DWTS, watch TBL, and then can fast forward through all the commentaries, etc and get right to the good stuff.

My favorite was definitely David Cook singing "Billie Jean." What a fantastic rendition. I was truly impressed.

Oh yeah, the Total Eclipse video is horrendous. Same for Holding Out For a Hero. It's not spooky scary, but so horribly bad. I still love the songs, though. Holding Out for a Hero is like practically my theme song :)

Dev: I watch biggest loser also! :)
But Kristie was giving me a play by play last night of AI and Dancing with the Stars.

First, Hello LeeAnn :)

Second, I can't believe Lost is on hiatus again, eh....

and lastly, I love the arrangement of Billie Jean that David Cook did! I thought it was wonderful done! I also like Michael John and Brooke White. And maybe David A.
