Sigh

I always check out this great website for upcoming books and a while back I noticed a bit of a lull in 'Had to Get' books in November and December.
"Great!" I thought. "Now I can hopefully get some time to dive into the massive amount of books that I already have - the *cue the music* frightening TBR pile"
Most of you will be nodding right about now.
But then That Darn Wendy, (sounds like a sitcom doesn't it?) the Wendy who wins in the largest TBR pile, the Wendy who causes me to shake my head sadly and just say 'Wendy, Wendy, Wendy' at the incredible books she hasn't read yet, goes and does posts for books I just HAVE to get!

OK - technically I already have The Rebel and The Lady - but now I have to move it up







If that weren't enough, now I have to shake my head sadly, sigh and think 'Oh, that Ro'. (another sitcom) Yep - another book I Have to Buy

And wouldn't you just know - they have a few copies at the Chapters five minutes away from my house.






I suppose turnaround is fair play though, since they are both planning on getting (and Wendy, I hope reading) a book I recently enjoyed.
