Okay, I have watched the final scene a few times now and I'm thinking I need to start the show from the beginning again. I can't do it immediately but soon - it's good to see all the angst leading up to that scene. Helps set the mood ;)
Cindy: See - that's what happens. You watch the final scene enough times and then you want to see the build-up to it so you watch the whole of the fourth episode. And then having watched that, one needs to go back and watch it all from the beginning again. And that pattern is repeated again and again. And each time you catch something new. For example, I think I'd seen it 3 times before I fully realized that John truly doesn't think he's good enough for Margaret - that she comes from a much higher class than him. That of course, makes everything ever so much meaningful and his heartbreak even more poignant.
Dev: LOL How could that happen? Without wanting to give too many spoilers - it has an HEA - heh heh
Zeek: Indeed Yea You! You'll have to let us know what the librarian thinks of it! You never know where there is good soil for that little seed to grow.
I'm still trying to get to part two. I loved part one. I'm finally home this weekend so I'm hoping to watch it. I've recommended it to my mother who also likes period pieces.
Yeah!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI was watching part 4 of N&S last night ~ fell asleep during the LAST 15 MINUTES!!!!! Can you believe it?????
