Kim: Hello! And oh yes - she is very, very good *g*. She writes Romantic Suspense and Historicals - set not in England but in Colonial America, a setting I find fascinating but there are so few books. Hard Contact is one of Romantic Suspense books and is the third in a series. I don't think it's necessary to have read the first two although the characters do play a role. Her books are very emotional and while also very sensual (very sensual *g*) there is always a real connect between the hero and heroine.
Katie: I can see that *g* It would be fun letting them know wouldn't it?
Ames: I think it would be OK to read this one without the others - unless you're very anal about that kind of thing. The crew from her previous books make an appearance, but I think you can get pretty much everything about this book without reading the first two.
I sent her the review and she was very happy :)
ReplyDeleteSometimes I love my job.
I have never tried this author. So is good, huh? Is this part of a series?

Awesome news!!
ReplyDeleteQuestion Kristie - can I read Unlawful Contact without reading the ones that come before it? Because I don't have them. :( And I want them. LOL
