WANT.IT.NOOOOWWWWWW! Isn't it great how nice her covers are? I thought most newly published authors got the shaft in that dept. But apparently she's really gotten lucky there.
King definitely comes out Oct 8th. I had heard Queen would come out in November, much like they did last year with her first 2 books, but the publisher may hold off. I assume there will be alot of Rain and Ellie from the titles, and there are some unresolved issues dealing with them, mainly about Ellie's parents. ME WANT NOW!! Letting my inner 4 year old out. *G*
According to CL herself- the books are the continuing story of REN and Ellie. The books after these will involve the other warriors. (went to one of her book signings and peppered her with questions LOL!)
Lisabea: Sula has both my copies. She must mail them to you!! Excellent, excellent books. Your homework is to read Lord of the Fading Lands and Lady of Light and Shadows. Your first review is due by May.
MK: If I reveal my sources, to book gods would no longer be nice to me. Actually I am a part of Wilson's yahoo group. I had the inside info ;) These are trult beautiful covers! The best I have seen this year.
MK: I think that is the plan for October and Novemeber, just like the last 2. Book 4- Queen may still be iffy for November though. We should have a Fading Lands party :)
I can't wait to read these next two installments. They should be intense. I love Rain & Ellie's story, but I also want more Bel, Gaelan and Adrial. *le grande sigh*
a little late here, but chipping in to say that the covers are gorgeous. i like 'em better than the covers for 1 and 2. PRETTY!
lisabea, I can certainly forward you the first two which kb sent to me. After I finish the second one that is. But I will say that if Rain and Ellie manage to get through this one without doing teh sex, I doubt i'll be reading 3 and 4. I just can't handle THAT much unresolved tension. lol.
