I've reserved it for a BookCrossing release to mark my blogivesary, but most of the ladies have already read them. Let me know if you're interested.

Cindy, I thought that Heiress was a spoof of the reality show starring Paris Hilton (btw, have you seen her latest MTV?). But it isn't, it's really funny.

Just read Black Ice --- awesome, sexy book. Hmmm ... so how about
Moonlight Becomes Her, Meagan McKinney
By Arrangement, Madeline Hunter
The Indiscretion, Judtith Ivory
Strangers at Dawn, Elizabeth Thornton
The Moonspinners, Mary StewartAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10897259.post-1152432887048896662006-07-09T04:14:00.000-04:002006-07-09T04:14:00.000-04:00Of all the books listed, I haven't read 12 and I h...Of all the books listed, I haven't read 12 and I have written them down. The good news is that I actually own 6 of them!

Samantha - thanks for recommending a Kenyon because I have had no clue where to start!

Kaitlin - Years was phenomenal but Morning Glory was the one I preferred because it didn't have this darkness pervading it. I don't think I have read The Gamble.

Tara Marie - oh, I loved Open Season and Mr. Perfect, Dream Man, Shades of Twilight and many of her books. It's just been the books since Cry No More that have me scratching my head. But I know what it's like to be a fangirl - ANNE STUART!! - ahem.

Night in Eden was also a keeper so I'm glad that Whisper of Heaven recommended because it means she wasn't a one hit wonder!

Heiress for Hire - I actually thought about this one until I read that the story centers around a reality show and for some reason I can't explain - these books don't work for me.

JMC - like Kristie, I haven't read many of yours so I have them on the new list.

Thanks everyone for throwing some ideas out there. I do tend to get edgy when I read a keeper. Makes me think that I have read the last one ever which will 400 books in the TBR pile, I'm guessing isn't even close to true but hey, I still needed the love ;)

Thanks Kristie for rounding up some titles.

I will keep checking back for comments just in case some people have been off for a bit - so Renee, I need you babe!!

CindySCindyShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18349459903336460467noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10897259.post-1152416741767616782006-07-08T23:45:00.000-04:002006-07-08T23:45:00.000-04:00I did do a reply but Blogger must have ate itSaman...I did do a reply but Blogger must have ate it
Samantha - I've read all those except for the PC Cast one and they are all good aren't they?

Cindy - Scary aren't I *g*

Kaitlin - I haven't read the Devereau - haven't read her in years, but all the other ones on your list are most excellent. I think Morning Glory is really good too by Spencer

Mailyn: Yes! It is a most excellent one.

Tara: *heh heh* yes - Night in Eden is also very very good!

JMC - now of yours, the only ones I've read are Welcome to Temptation and The Gamble. Now I have some for a list of my own *G*Kristie (J)https://www.blogger.com/profile/15743921647882733738noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10897259.post-1152375209012158092006-07-08T12:13:00.000-04:002006-07-08T12:13:00.000-04:00Bad for Each Other by Kate HathawayWelcome to Temp...Bad for Each Other by Kate Hathaway
Welcome to Temptation by Jennifer Crusie
The Gamble by Lavyrle Spencer
Wolf in Waiting by Rebecca Flanders (aka Donna Boyd)
Persuasion by Jane AustenAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10897259.post-1152359418637149822006-07-08T07:50:00.000-04:002006-07-08T07:50:00.000-04:00I agree with Cindy "...Lord of Scoundrels was awes...I agree with Cindy "...Lord of Scoundrels was awesome but I think Mr. Impossible edged it out by just a hair."

The Wagering Widow -- Diane Gaston

Open Season -- Linda Howard--I know you're not a huge LH fan, but I like this one in particular.

Night in Eden -- Candice Proctor--one of my favorite Proctors.

Heiress for Hire -- Erin McCarthy--quick, fun, fluffy.

Years -- Lavryle Spencer--my favorite Spencer.Tara Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15963704767440694312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10897259.post-1152343092463813832006-07-08T03:18:00.000-04:002006-07-08T03:18:00.000-04:00Ah, see Lord of Scoundrels was awesome but I think...Ah, see Lord of Scoundrels was awesome but I think Mr. Impossible edged it out by just a hair. I know...lots of hype means it's probably great, but I don't want to buy it unless I've read it and liked it. Man, that sounds annoying doesn't it? :)

Here's my fave books in no particular order:

Years by LaVyrle Spencer (Historical)

The Bodyguard Series by Cindy Gerard (contemporary action romance)

The Summerhouse by Jude Deveraux (contemporary)

The IN DEATH series JD Robb (futuristic mystery/romance) Roarke is HOTTEST hero EVER!!! :)

The Crazy series by Tara Janzen (contemporary)

Kristie can attest that they are a fun/fast read, right? :)

That's it off the top of my head. Years is probably one of my all-time favorite books. I love Teddy. *sigh* :)

Have a great weekend!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10897259.post-1152303707570138652006-07-07T16:21:00.000-04:002006-07-07T16:21:00.000-04:00Holy Cow Kristie!!!You know me better than I know ...Holy Cow Kristie!!!

You know me better than I know myself!

I'm getting a special little journal to write everything down. The good news is that I have the books you have suggested but I don't know where they are - I haven't read them so I can put them in that special hole.

Off to eat more chocolate!

And the person your not naming? I can't believe I read the book before her!! I wanted it to be a surprise so I wasn't going to tell you until I was completely finished but I was bummed I had to go to bed and leave Derek and Sara where they were.

*sigh* Off to buy some chocolate because I discovered after finishing the book there was none to be found in this house. Not sure how that is possible but it happened!!

CindySCindyShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18349459903336460467noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10897259.post-1152300126660458942006-07-07T15:22:00.000-04:002006-07-07T15:22:00.000-04:00I can't seem to think of 5 right now so here's my ...I can't seem to think of 5 right now so here's my top 4
Bet Me by Jennifer Crusie (contemporary)
Goddess of Spring by PC Cast (paranormal)
Ain't She Sweet by Susan Elizabeth Phillips (contemporary)
Fantasy Lover by Sherrilyn Kenyon (paranormal)Samanthahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04395241786319410882noreply@blogger.com
